What are your delivery options?

 

There are two shipping types:

  1. Standard shipping (uninsured and without tracking)

  2. Tracked shipping (insured and with tracking)

 

All items are sent with A-priority service from Posten. Please read our shipping and rates conditions.

 

 

How do I track my order?
 

Tracking is only available for orders where tracked shipping has been selected. In these cases, once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

 

Please introduce your tracking number at Posten. Orders with standard shipping cannot be tracked. Please read our shipping and rates conditions.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes we do! We ship to the most remote places in the world. Please check our shipping and rate conditions.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

You can always return any purchase as long as it is unwashed and unused. Please read our return and exchange conditions and contact us.

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

1. Read our return and exchange conditions.

2. Contact us an explain the situacion.

3. You will hear from us to arrange any return or refund if you haven't used or washed your Justa item.

4. Pack and send back the item.

5. You will get a refund or a new Justa piece if the conditions are met.
