RETURN THE ITEM
At Justa we hope you are happy with our services. Therefore, if your item has any defective problem or you are dissatisfied, you can exchange/return/refund your Justa item within 30 days of the shipping date. We only accept unwashed and unused items. All exchanges are subjected to inspection of the product.
For any exchange send us an email explaining the issue and we will get in contact with you. Justa will not accept returned items that are received without prior notification by email.
Once we received the returned item, we will issue a coupon for you with the same credit as the original purchase. Shipping costs of the returned item are the responsibility of the costumer.
Once you receive the coupon by email you can make a new purchase using the code in the coupon when checking out. Exchanges are limited to the products available at Justa website.
The new item will be sent to you free of charge only if the original item was defective. For more information on shipping cost check our shipping and rates page.
For returned items, once the item is inspected you will get a refund of the price you paid for the item.
